Terms of service

This is placeholder copy for v0. The final legal terms will replace it before general availability. Until then, use of the service is governed by the spirit of the bullet points below plus good faith.

The service

Pore provides a managed authorization API. We try very hard to make it correct, fast, and available. It is offered "as is" during this beta period without a formal SLA, except where a paid Pro or Enterprise plan states otherwise.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret.
• You are responsible for the actions taken by agents and users in your tenant.
• We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no abuse of other tenants, no attempts to break isolation. Don't be the reason we have to write more rules.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Usage overages are metered and billed at the end of each period. You can downgrade at any time.

Termination

Either side can terminate with 30 days notice. You can export your data at any time; we delete it 30 days after termination.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be posted here with at least 30 days notice via email to account admins.
